The Privacy Policy for This Site, in Plain Language

This privacy policy describes what this site collects and who handles it. It describes the real data flows on this site, not a template.

Who Controls Your Data

Code You Keep is a trading brand. The entity that controls any personal data from this site is Weblytica LLC. It is a limited liability company registered in Missouri, in the United States.

Throughout this policy, "we" and "us" mean that entity.

What This Site Collects

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics and no ad tags. There are no pixels and no session recording. There is no account system and nothing to log in to.

So we collect nothing about you as you browse. We build no profile of you. There is nothing to sell or share, because nothing is gathered.

We may add a contact form later. If we do, this policy changes first. The update will say what the form asks for and where it goes.

What Third Parties Receive

Three parties see technical details when you load a page. That is true of almost every website. We list them here rather than skip past it.

Cloudflare serves this site. Loading a page sends your IP address, your browser type, and the page you asked for to its network. That is how the page reaches you. Cloudflare handles this as our host, under its own privacy terms.

Google Fonts provides the three fonts this site uses. Your browser asks for them from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. That sends your IP address and browser type to Google. We do not control what Google does with it.

Your own network provider sees which sites you connect to, as it does for all browsing.

We receive no report, dashboard, or log from any of these. We do not know who visits this site.

Your Rights

Several state privacy laws give residents rights over data held about them. California, Colorado, Connecticut and Texas all have one. The rights usually include knowing what is held, having it deleted or fixed, and opting out of its sale.

We hold no personal data from this site. So there is nothing to show you, fix, or delete. We do not sell or share data for cross-site ads, and we never have.

If that changes, this policy changes first.

Global Privacy Control

Some browsers send a Global Privacy Control signal. A growing number of states treat it as a legal opt-out. We honour it by default, because we run no tracking for it to switch off.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13.

Changes and Contact

If this policy changes, the date below changes too. We will describe any real change rather than fold it in quietly.

To ask about this policy, or to use any right above, get in touch through the route shown on this site.
